Our approach was to create an ecologically and economically sensible circular system using the available natural resources with the appropriate infrastructure. The aim was to create a large number of jobs in the areas of energy generation, water treatment and water processing as well as modern agriculture. The integration of a laboratory and research facility was an optimal addition.



1. Energy generation:

In the first step, electricity from renewable energy sources is generated from photovoltaic and wind power plants.

2. Water extraction:

In the immediate vicinity of the solar and wind power plant, a modern seawater desalination and water treatment plant for the production of drinking and service water is being built. Parts of the water obtained in this way are enriched and can be filled into any desired packaging size. 

The remaining water is stored and treated as service water, and some of it is used on site. Another part is diverted and forwarded towards the consumer.

3. Creation of agricultural land in greenhouses:

Modern greenhouses are being built in the immediate vicinity of the energy and water extraction systems. State-of-the-art vertical farming works on an area of three floors. The cultivation of fruits, vegetables and herbs is also possible in organic quality. The fruit and vegetable packaging takes place directly on site in environmentally friendly packaging. Special packaging is used for hotels and restaurants. In addition to the pure production of fruit and vegetables and their freshness packaging, juicing or organic juicing takes place. A production of popular smoothies is of course possible.

Our projects are waste-free. All leftovers are regarded as raw materials and recycled.
